Our Objectives: (1) To provide counselling for children, adolescents, and adults in the midst of difficult life adjustment, stressful events, and traumas, (2) To provide training for pre-school, primary and secondary school counsellors to be play, art, and sandtray therapists, (3) To equip parents and carers to be the change-agent for their children who need professional assistance, (4) To offer continuing education opportunity for mental health professionals with multi-facet counselling modalities, (5) To provide seminars and workshops for parents and carers with effective parenting and communicating skills, (6) To provide stress management and communication seminars, workshops for school teachers and private sectors, (7) To publish literature related to the fields mentioned above.
Our services include (by appointment only): 
(1) Play Therapy -
"A play experience is therapeutic because it provides a secure relationship between the child and the adult, so that the child has the freedom and room to state himself in his own terms, exactly as he is at that moment in his own way and in his own time."

Target group: For children from 2 - 10 years old, who suffer from emotional, behavioural, stress-related problems, traumatised by life events, distressed, depressed, or being sexually abused.
(2) Expressive Arts Therapy -
"Whenever illness is associated with loss of soul, the arts emerge spontaneously as remedies, soul medicine." - McNiff (1992)
Target group: For adolescents and adults with similar categories mentioned above. 
(3) Sandtray Therapy - "The silent capacity to enter into the creation of his (client's) world with the patient can, help repair the feeling of isolation with which so many people are afflicted"

(4) Family Sandtray Therapy -
"Family therapists and play therapists share a noble trait: They are by far the most creative and dynamic therapists in existence." - Homeyer & Sweeney (1998) "Sandtray therapy creates a level playing field for every family member, giving each person the opportunity to express him or herself." - Keith & Whitaker (1981)
Target group: For family that is in distress, conflict, grief, and trauma.

(5) Child- Parent Relationship Training Program -
"It is the changing the mental health structure of families, communities, and ultimately society, by changing the nature of relationships in families through a process of helping parents become therapeutic agents in their children's lives." - Landreth & Bratton (2006)
Target group: For training parents in small group setting (8-12 parents), through a format of didactic instruction, demonstration play sessions, required at-home laboratory play sessions, and supervision in a supportive atmosphere. Parents are taught basic child-centred play therapy principles and skills through which parents learn how to create a non-judgemental, understanding, and accepting environment that enhances the parent-child relationship, hence allowing personal growth and change for both parent and child.
(6) Workshops, Courses, and Supervision -
For primary schools, secondary schools, parent groups, organisations, colleges, universities, and hospitals. Play, expressive arts, and sandtray therapy workshops And courses are offered to primary, secondary school counsellors, child and youth workers to equip them with the challenges of up-rising children and youth problems in our society. Personal supervision is also offered to the paraprofessional play, art, and sadntray therapists who require personal supervision for their clinical supervised hours to become professional in their own fields. (7) Consultation - For schools, colleges, universities, NGO's, and hospitals, needing to set up play, art, and sandtray therapy in their own premises, and to provide in-house training for their staff.
Consultation Hours (by appointment only) Monday - Saturday (Except Sunday and public holiday) 10am - 1pm; 2pm - 5pm
Our charges - Initial consultation: RM180/session (including parental consultation) Subsequent session: RM120/session/child Small group session: RM100/session/child Initial family play session: RM220/session Subsequent session: RM200/session Child-Parent Relationship Training (CPRT) package: RM688/pax (refer up-coming events for more details) For play therapy 5 plus 1 package: RM660/child for 6 sessions with a saving of RM120 For play therapy 10 plus 2 package: RM1,500/ child for 12 sessions with a saving for RM240
Duration - Initial session: 75 minutes Subsequent session: 50 minutes Group session: 50 minutes CPRT: Total of 10 sessions (20 hours)
